Effort

Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile. Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable. As often as you fail, get up and try again. God will never let you down, so long as you don't let Him down, and so long as you make the effort.
