New Environment, New Vibes!

       It's been 3 months in this new company, everything is good. I believe that working with good people matters because then the work environment is good. If there is a sense of respect and belief among the people you work with, that is when good work is done. More often than not, I’ve come across people that complain about their bosses and working environment, ironically they have no plans to quit their job, even myself. We live in a free market, if you are not happy with your working environment or boss, move! Nobody is forcing you to work at that dreadful place. Humans are the only species that pay to live on this planet and the saddest part is, some are born to work for the rest of their life. We are all entering a world where the human race is aging faster than we are able to replace ourselves with younger humans, thus we are forced to work from cradle to grave. Remember, the world is a playground, somewhere along the line we forget about it. Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life. 

         I always felt that there is always another success is a combination of hard work and opportunity. I am grateful for opportunity. Opportunity means the chance for new experiences — new home, new job, new friends and new places. In my mind, success is achieved through working hard at opportunities that present themselves, as well as accepting and appreciating help and support from others. Henry Dodd says, “The reason most people do not recognize an opportunity when they meet it is that it usually goes around wearing overalls and looking like Hard Work.”So opportunity follows hard work and then luck comes in. But it's hard for us to understand that way. We wait for luck to strike, to get an opportunity before we work but it works the opposite way. Hard work brings in the opportunities as hard work is an opportunity in itself. It paves our way to our goals and to our dreams.
