Aint Easy

It's such a dilemma. It is easy to hate and it is difficult to love. This is how the whole scheme works. All good things are difficult to achieve and bad things are very easy to get. Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the afterglow of satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded our best. Life is not always easy to live, but the opportunity to do so is a blessing beyond comprehension. We will face struggles, many of which will cause us to suffer and to experience pain. I don't know why it happens all the time but there's always a reason why things went that way. A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow. You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. Now I'm trying to enjoy every minute of my life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family.
